The art of engraving
The challenge
To find the graphic identity that would best highlight the unique expertise of the last master engraver in Paris.
Our solution
We applied new strong visual codes to pay tribute to the aesthetic and detail they convey, and printed all their media on raw materials using white silkscreen printing.
We then made a video looking at each step in making a Boutroué stamp, using warm colours and close-ups to enhance how meticulous their expertise is. They are images that will remain engraved in people’s memories!

The video was filmed in their workshop. Which was handy because our office is just above the Boutroué workshops!
