Redesigning an identity
We started by coming up with a coloured segment system, using a progressive horizontal graduation, with the name of each type of oil and explaining the different levels of performance.
Then we took the distinction further thanks to illustrations dedicated to each oil thickness. Lastly, we showed the advantages and specs of each product by creating a family of pictograms.
But we went further than just the artistic design. All of our Packaging department got involved in creating models, the various documents to bring them into being, and supervise the Photoengraving selections for the printer.
It’s now been more than fifteen years that Sylvain, director of our packaging department, has been working with them every day.
Thanks to the trust in this relationship, we have started developing other projects with them, like design of their Collector cans produced in limited series, the photo shoot & touching up their images as well as designing the layout of their Pro catalogues.
